World Morph (WORPH) update

On this update we have:


* New morphing platforms: it uses a rigid body simulation baked in blender + a dissolve shader in Unity.

* Trees also have been improved, they leave a stump when morphed.

* New shader for the platforms, kind of a triplanar, no UVs needed :)
